This was a shot in the dark booking since I couldn’t find a place near the beach that was tattoo friendly. We were blown away at the facility, amenities and overall beauty of the location. I booked 3 rooms. Everyone had their own private onsen bath. My husband and I upgraded to the sauna barrel room and we LOVED IT. The guys all did sauna in the morning. They even give you handmade authentic sauna hats. Breakfast was simple but filling. Half of the group did the Japanese style, half did American. My jumbo toast made me feel like I was in a Ghibli movie having breakfast. There is a vending machine in the breakfast area was a variety of snacks and drinks. Our van made it on the roads to the property. So a standard vehicle will have no issue. Beautiful creak flowing in the backyard of every room. Every room has an entrance, toilet & sink room, living room (doubles as bedroom bc you have tatami beds), vanity sink & rack, THEN sliding door to your shower & bath, THEN sliding door to your porch with seating. Our room had the barrel immediately to the left of the porch with ANOTHER outdoor tub. Price was excellent!!

Super clean, comfy and beautiful view! All amenities provided with extras like fabric spray, toilet spray, microwave, cutleries and there’s also onsen water piped direct to our private bathroom! Owners were super friendly and helpful despite some language barrier.

Situated just a 2-minute walk from Shirahama Beach in Shimoda, Beach Side Inn Shirahama is cosy friendly accommodation with warm wooden flooring and furnishings. We loved staying at Shirahama Beach Side Inn! The owners were super friendly and helpful. The private onsens were so nice after a long day of walking and hiking. The free breakfast was such a nice touch and so yummy! Softest sandwich bread ever! The eating area was very cozy, I spent some time working there in the morning and it was so peaceful. I came during a rainy time but I imagine during the summer it's very popular for surfers. I am from hawaii and the hotel had lots of Hawaii art which was very sweet to see. We hope to be back someday :)

Em Fujinomiya, a 43 km de Lago Kawaguchi, FUJI CALME Villa fornece acomodações com um salão partilhado, acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, uma cozinha partilhada e serviço de quartos. The house is very big and comfortable, close to the train station and a big shopping mall. The host is very kind and welcomed us with water and snacks. I was very impressed and will definitely come back to stay here again. We really like it here.

Our room was very clean and spacious for 2, had all the amenities needed. There are restaurants and cafes within 5-9min walk from the hotel. The host was so nice, came to pick us up from Izu-kogen station and took us to mt.Omuro in the morning ! Thank you so much !!
