Very spacious suite for $135 came with complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival. Included great breakfast options. This hotel advertised itself as an adult hotel, on booking sites like Booking.com. Under the law it's classed as a 'love hotel' but don't let that put you off. Our suite gave no clue except for one locked vendor in a cupboard. Fantastic concept with great friendly and helpful staff. Whoever came up with this concept should be congratulated.

Featuring an open-air bath and views of river, R;MOGAMI is a recently renovated villa set in Kiyokawa, 27 km from Shinjo Station. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests have access to a sauna and hot tub. They accomodated our late check-in, and the food provided was amazing. Also the in-person check-out was great and they were very attentive. The room is beautiful and it has everything that you need. I recommend it.

The guest house has family rooms. Hosts were generous, kind, thoughtful, funny and made me feel right at home. The kitchen had everything one needs to cook a small meal or heat up a bento. There is also a fridge and freezer. There is a lounge right by kitchen with a Japanese heating table, kotatsu, so one can socialize easily and we had meals together a couple times, which gave it a very homey and cozy atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for nicer hosts. Thank you Koda-san!

The spacious villa is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub, slippers and a washing machine. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Clean and neat. Everything in the house was in order.

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne. This was a wonderful stay with an exceptionally kind host and his 2 adorable dogs. He makes you feel immediately at home, and gave great suggestions about what to see in the area. The house was charming - its age in parts, It is a real house, that has been lived in and loved.

Guests can make use of a garden. The atmosphere was superb, very helpful and kind staff! The food was also brilliant, I also used their sauna room which was very nice too and very reasonably priced. Overall, wonderful for the price. The view from the room of the lake was unbelievable as well.
