Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation.

Guests can relax in the sauna or in the private open-air bath. The hotel has English-speaking staff. The staff is super friendly, warm, polite, helpful. I was able to easily request the shuttle to pick me up from Kawaguchiko Station from the Tourist Center which was great because I don’t have a Japanese phone to call. The pick up was quick and the check in was seamless in the afternoon. The room is spacious and clean, with a nice spacious bathroom. There was USB charging and the WiFi was strong everywhere in the hotel. The onsen for women’s was also really great! There was no one there both days I visited. There’s an indoor bath and outdoor one and both overlook the lake with Mt. Fuji in the background. I loved having the vanity area for drying hair, and fresh cool Fuji water to drink after the onsen. I was able to rent a bike with ease and the staff was super helpful in guiding me on sites to see nearby The pork shabu shabu was delicious for dinner, as was the full western breakfast. It was so filling I didn’t need to eat lunch! They were so kind and set my table up next to the window with a great view with every meal. I really felt taken care of! They gave some drink tickets for every day of my stay and the rooftop bar is really lovely. There’s music and outdoor seating so you can enjoy the lake and Mountain View at night. I loved it!

Located in Fujikawaguchiko, 3.8 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 7c villa and winery provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Featuring a restaurant, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features a hot tub and a concierge service. The property is spectacular. The level of attention for the guest is unmatched. We were so well taken care of, the staff were amazing. We would especially like to thank the man at reception on 23th and 24th of March - sorry we didn't catch your name, but we would like to say our warmest thank yous! Our room was spacious, heated floors, great design, everything was well thought out and the natural materials made all the difference. The bathroom was amazing on its own but the outdoor bath was simply incredible - being able to relax with a bottle of the finest 7c wine in the hot water under the rain was magical. I also have to mention the incredible breakfast - the selection of locally grown products was so special, we enjoyed our mornings to the fullest! We can't recommend 7c winery and villa enough! We only wish we planned a longer stay so we could enjoy more time in this lovely place. I hope we get to return again in the future!

Located just 16 km from Fuji-Q Highland, SORAYADO 宙宿 features accommodation in Tsuru with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared kitchen. A hot tub is available for guests. Free private parking is available and the country house also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. My stay in Sorayado was the best in my life. The house nestled within a mountainous area is big and beautiful, and the room is exceptionally comfortable. I felt at home for all three weeks I stayed there. The room has everything you might need; everything is thought out to the very smallest detail. You can rent a bike for free; the common area has coffee machines. The host, Sudzuki-san, is kind, hardworking, very helpful, and always goes the extra mile to accommodate any of your requests. My stay was completely seamless, and all my needs were met. There is a supermarket near the hotel with a variety of cooked food, coffee, snacks, drinks, and everything else you might need during your hotel stay. Tsuru is beautiful and has many great, affordable restaurants. I highly recommend Sorayado for a quiet stay in the Japanese mountains with easy access to Tokyo's JR line.

All units are fitted with air conditioning, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a hot tub, slippers and a desk. There is a private bathroom with bath in all units, along with a hair dryer and free toiletries. The units have a dressing room. Eventhough the name is Guest House, our family called it Nobita's House from the Doraemon anime. It's very warm and cozy, the closest you can get to experience a Japanese home. Even before arriving the staff welcomed and assisted us in many unimaginable way. The property is surrounded with 'kombinis' like 7-Eleven and Lawson. And if you're a Muslim, you'll be very happy to know that Masjid Kawaguchiko is very near with a Muslim Cafe plus, a Muslim Restaurant 'Aladdin' is just next door. Going around is effortless as the bus stop is right in front of the house where all sightseeing busses connected. The house can easily accommodate all 10 if us comfortably and the bathroom and toilet are next to each other. A must place to stay if you're visiting Fujikawaguchiko
