Nestled within private gardens, Indra Angkor Residence offers accommodation away from the hustle and bustle city center. Great hotel in Siem Reap, good staffs good providing tour to Angkor Wat and Kompong Kleang floating village. the laundry service was cheap it was only 3$/ kilo. breakfast only 5$ for one person. I stayed only one night but everything was good.

One of the best resorts I've stayed at in Siem Reap! We stayed in a 2 Bedroom suite with pool access. It was nice and quiet (our kids however weren't) and had everything you need including kitchen. Gym is amazing, is actually a real gym for externals same as the kids play room. Breakfast had good variety and reception was helpful with paying a small fee to stay until 6pm.

We loved our stay at Araya Angkor! The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. I'm a vegan but still had plenty to eat every day, and the staff were happy for me to bring in soy milk as the hotel didn't have any (not a fault of the hotel, alternative milk just isn't a thing in Cambodia it seems). Our room was always clean and the linen/towels were clean and smelled nice. We appreciated the lighting in the room, lots of different options for when we were working and when we were relaxing. We had a garden room, so could step right out to the pool. It was a beautiful view and was really convenient for going back to the room after swimming. The highlight of the stay was the staff, who were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, talkative and were so kind to us. I enjoyed it so much that I've booked to stay again when I visit with my children next month.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities, Koulen Hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap, not far from Pub Street and King's Road Angkor. We've been traveling and stayed at various places for the last 2 months. Koulen hotel was our favorite in Cambodia (Lahana was the other one in Phu Quốc). Almost every(!) hotel doesn't deserve there self-acclaimed stars, but Koulen does. There is plenty of choice at breakfast. The swimming pool - especially for families- is outstanding: big, cozy, both good for swimming and playing with our kids. All the staff here is very kind, especially Bo, but this is no exception since all Khmer are sincere friendly and heartfelt people. The massage was incredible- the woman there has magical hands. We had a 2 bed-room appartment. It was always clean. After a few days they offered us another appartment with pool view. We enjoyed the stay so much and extended for another 9 days. Thanks Koulen team for a great stay at your place.

Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly. It did not matter who you meet; the reception staff, the servers at the restaurant, the pool staff, the housekeeping staff, or the landscaper staff, every one is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Lin, the person at the reception, welcomed us when we arrived at the hotel. He checked-us in and brought us to our room and explained the facilities available in there. Throughout our 7-day stay there, he and his crew answered all the questions we had and displayed the upmost professionalism in carrying out their duties. THANK YOU MR. LIN AND THE RECEPTION CREW FOR EVERYTHING. Mr. Hak, person-in-charge of the restaurant at the hotel is another fine example of what it means to provide 5-star service to his customers. He would greet us with a smile as he ushered us to our table. He and his staff must be commanded for their attentiveness, friendliness, and diligence in ensuring that customers requests (i.e. in getting them their coffee or tea) are met. I am lactose intolerant and had requested for soy milk when we patronized the restaurant the next morning for our breakfast. Mr. Hak remembered that and for the next 7 days, soy milk was brought to the table every morning the moment we sat down. THANK YOU MR. HAK AND YOUR SERVICE CREW FOR MAKING OUR BREAKFAST SO MEMORABLE.
