The hotel is very new and clean. Everything in the room is flawless. The staffs are very welcoming and pleasant. The whole hotel is very relaxing, from the lobby to the pool. Walking distance to the pub street. We weren't able to taste the breakfast included since our tour started so early but they offered to pack us some breakfast meal.

Nestled within private gardens, Indra Angkor Residence offers accommodation away from the hustle and bustle city center. The service was excellent, and the food was great. the staff provided us with very friendly and attentive service. We also enjoyed the Khmer temple half a day, which was quite interesting. furthermore, the best fish amok traditional Khmer food.

Cleanliness, privacy, interior design, swimming pool, personnel. It's our new favorite in Siem Reap since the closure of the previous one. It's a great hotel and a great value for the money you pay. It's extremely clean, the rooms are really nice, the interior design is lovely, the swimming pool is very pleasant. It's a pretty small boutique hotel, so you get that privacy feeling. Very friendly French owners, lovely reception staff. The location must not concern anyone, it takes from 5 to 10 minutes by tuk tuk or bike from the city center maximum and it's very quiet around, should not be a problem in any situation. Highly recommended, we'll be back many more times. Merci!

This was the best hotel we had in our south east asia tour. The room is big, the construction is so good that we needed no air conditioning cause the heat stays out. This resort is made up of several little houses all around a pool. Awesome. Each one has a terrace. The breakfast is served around the pool. Also lunch and dinner if ordered. We have 2 small kids and they tend to sleep longer so we just told them, if you wake up and I am not here, go out. We will be eating. So this was a luxury for us. I loved the division of the rooms. Everything was so clean and tidy. But the biggest highlight of this place was the service. Excellent service, they speak English, they are so helpful and caring. We had to leave early several times for different reasons and got a box with a breakfast. They were clear and helpful with the organization of every activity. The service at the restaurant was open to modifications and were able to understand wishes, eating was possible at the restaurant, at the pool, at the terrace, in the room. The place was just perfect and we would absolutely come back if we are ever again in Siem Reap.

Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. Had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in the hotel. Every staff were extremely helpful,polite and courteous. The spa and massage was heavenly. I want to specially thank the housekeeping staff. Their 'nightly turn down service' is something which I never heard about in any other hotels. ( They clean your rooms in the evening if you go out at night) The pool is huge and you can just approach it from your rooms ( pool side rooms/ with balcony).The pool has an island bar too. The hotel is just 4-5 min.away from the Pub street,Riverside night market and other market places by tuk tuk/ auto rickshaw. Tuk-tuk are always standing right in front of the hotel. You can just hop in or can ask the hotel staff to call for you,price is same.
