When visiting Siem Reap, look no further than the Koulen Central Hotel. We spent 4 nights here and loved every minute! The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds, lovely showers and all the amenities you need (Netflix, robes, fridge, desk, room service). They have a terrific and HUGE gym with a separate spa and sauna for males/females. They also have a onsite spa with well priced massages and treatments. The pool is INCREDIBLE with plenty of seating options and space to enjoy the facilities. The pool is also right next to the bar/restaurant which is perfect for poolside cocktails. The free breakfast was one of the best we had ever experienced! So many eastern and western options to satisfy everyone including good coffee and even a chef at an omelette station AND a noodle station. One of our favourite things was the AMAZING staff. Every time we walked by they greeted us and asked about our days or if we needed any assistance. They were so friendly, helpful and personable. They were extremely helpful in booking tours for us and directing us to get to nearby attractions. A big thanks to Bossba and Pheara who were especially helpful. This hotel will make your time in Siem Reap even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

Nestled within private gardens, Indra Angkor Residence offers accommodation away from the hustle and bustle city center. This hotel was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff were nice and attentive. WiFi was great but sometime was slow at night around 10pm. However, the location was a bit far from the main city center, which made it less convenient for exploring. Overall, it was a good experience!

First of all, the staff members were all delightful. they made us fee comfortable from the get go and were always available to provide help, advise us on potential activities and deal with the logistics of organised tours and restaurant reservations. The location itself is ideal as very central while avoiding the noisy areas. The facilities went above and beyond our expectations and we made good use of the gym which featured a double-pulley machine which is quite rare. The patio area was a little haven which was completely silent despite being a few meters away from a street. Special mention to the room service food which was superior to many of the restaurants we visited during our stay. (Loc-lac beef is highly recommended. Our daughter raved about the bolognese pasta which came with REAL parmesan cheese.
