Adams Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kuwait Towers. It offers free WiFi and free private parking on site. Mohammad from Tunisia at the desk was warm and welcoming. Very professional and friendly. I had a small misunderstanding, which was explained immediately and dealt with very well. I was at fault, and the hotel staff remained very calm, friendly, professional, and informative. Excellent customer relations skills.
