When we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our suite was breathtaking, with a balcony view from the 18th floor, a cozy bathtub, and a dreamy atmosphere. Mr. Ali checked us in with professionalism, humor, and warmth, instantly making us feel at home. Though we stayed just one night, it felt like a full vacation. We even explored the 31st floor for more stunning views. Emanuela went out of her way to capture beautiful photos for us, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. Highlights of our stay included the team retrieving our ATM card after it slipped into the elevator, the delicious food, the relaxing spa, and the cozy pool area with fresh towels and excellent service. ✨ In only one night, Al Habtoor Beirut gave us memories we will cherish forever. Overlooking the Beirut Marina and the Mediterranean Sea, the InterContinental Phoenicia features indoor and outdoor pools, a full-service spa and a gym. Roy was fabulous! I flew for a night to Beirut to attend a funeral. This is my first time back since my last visit for a conference two years ago. Roy and the team were absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly, and above all, the professionalism was at its finest. I had already requested a connecting room, but since we arrived late, they were all taken. Because we were only staying for 24 hours, the team generously upgraded us to a suite; it was magical! Truly the best 24 hours. My favourite people, my favourite hotel; nothing beats it. Super helpful and kind and provided super service. They genuinely cared about how we felt throughout the stay. The location for us was fantastic - Hamra street was just a couple of minutes walk away, pigeon's rock also very close. Many restaurants and stores were available close to the apartment. On our last day we had a flight in the late afternoon and the staff allowed us to leave our bags in the room until it it was time to go. For that day, it was our base for an approx. 15 km walk throughout the center of Beirut and we were happy to be able to see so many incredible spots on our last day. Would love to come back!

Had a great stay at Royal Tulip. The room was very comfortable, room service was kind and punctual. Price was very reasonable for the position and service offered. Staff was very kind and always supportive. Would choose it again.

Pools also great, clean and at the perfect température. Also Great food options, from breakfast buffet to à la carte. Staff very pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. Everyone , from the front door entrance to the the front desk personnel are truly exceptional. Found each one to be very helpful and they truly go out of their way to make you not only feel welcomed and comfortable , but also ensure that all of your needs are met, whether you need a car for hire, or a dinner reservation, etc.
