I flew for a night to Beirut to attend a funeral. This is my first time back since my last visit for a conference two years ago. Roy and the team were absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly, and above all, the professionalism was at its finest. I had already requested a connecting room, but since we arrived late, they were all taken. Because we were only staying for 24 hours, the team generously upgraded us to a suite; it was magical! Truly the best 24 hours. My favourite people, my favourite hotel; nothing beats it.
