Nằm ở Herisau thuộc vùng Appenzell Ausserrhoden và cách Trung tâm triển lãm Olma Messen St. never wrote a review in my life but what an amazing stay! hospitality was better then the hotels i usually stay in. bathroom and bed where clean and spacious. the family is so nice and helpful even though there was a language barrier, cause i don’t speak german lol, we still communicated. breakfast was the highlight of the stay in my opinion. they prepare so much food that it will leave you full throughout the day. and let’s not forget that it was delicious as well. the animals were a good addition to my holiday as well because the made me feel like i’m still at home in some way.

First of all, this stay was a suprise for my mother's birthday and her and my father really loved the place. I will have to thank a lot to the great staff, because all of them and Mrs. Tamara were really nice. They helped me prepare a little surprise for my mother and also they treated my parents amazing while they were there. Mrs. Tamara was lovely, because she also hand wrote a letter for my mom in Romanian, which obviously is not her language. I recommend this place with all my heart!

I like everything there, comfortable room, free water at any time, free tee, fresh mint with tee, herbal guarden, food, kindness of staff, everything. Will be back again. :)

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a first-class spa hotel situated just an hour’s drive from Zurich, amidst the foothills of the Alps in Eastern Switzerland. The spa facilities were exceptional and entirely our reason for coming. We also enjoyed the service and most particularly because we rolled up to the hotel in a cheap rental car, spilled into the lobby with our backpacks and our box of pizza, and the staff did not break stride. They greeted our Canadian casual with the same impeccable detail as they did the well dressed man in the Ferrari who arrived minutes later.
