Amazing, exceptional, and very well thought out - That’s how we would describe our stay here While one has been to many (arguably) more scenic locations, however staying at this hotel has been the best experience ever. From the moment we got to the property, we were pampered thoroughly, be it the food or offering to take us to the attractions or arranging the specific vehicle we wanted, or even the smallest details in terms of how the room should be kept, table arrangements etc. Must say that Dushyanta (the GM) has put in a lot of efforts in finding the best team possible and the results are there to be seen – every person on the staff here is willing to go over and beyond their job, wanting to make sure the guests are comfortable. Special thanks to Chef Royce, the pastry chef and their entire team for serving sumptuous 6 course meals, catering to all our dietary constraints - each item served was just plain delicious; to Janaka, Chandu and others for taking care of us and to Amanda for figuring out our travel related details. We will surely be back next time we are in Sri Lanka.

We experienced a warm welcome in this special hotel. We liked it very much in the separate house, the Cabana. We were pampered all around. Already on our arrival we were served fine fruit juice and delicious cake. Tuk-tuk and taxis were organised for us and we were given the best information about everything we were interested in. They spared no effort to make us very happy: a durian was bought especially for us, as we had never eaten one before, and our laundry was washed for free (the delicate textiles even by hand). Also in terms of food, they left nothing to be desired: Inusha asked what we liked and what we didn't eat and cooked accordingly (also regarding the spiciness of the food). We looked forward to every meal because the food was super tasty. The Curry with the several different side dishes was the best we ever had in our 4 weeks Sri Lanka journey. We are very happy that we stayed in such a great house with best service on our Sri Lanka trip. Thank you very much for everything!
