The beachside is simply stunning, offering peace and quiet throughout the stay. The food was excellent, the swimming pool was refreshing, and the cleanliness of the property was flawless. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — the staff went above and beyond, making the stay feel warm and personalized.

Where do I begin to describe paradise? I am so glad I booked into Leopard Reach as my base for the Yala National Park because I had a truly unforgettable taste of luxury in the jungle. I loved it so much, I stayed two nights. This is a truly special place, with only a few tent-lodges. In fact, I was the only guest on the property, and was treated like a queen. The interior of my room was top quality, with all amenities. And the private mini pool on the terrace was extremely welcome. On both nights I had an exceptional dinner; the first night consisted of a Sri Lankan curry with so many lovely dishes, and the second was an al fresco BBQ, prepared just for me. Breakfast was served on my private terrace. I cannot speak highly enough of Fonseka, the General Manager (the quintessential host) and his trusty team of Randika (what a great guy), Lakruwan (who makes the place run like clockwork) and Kasun (the Chef). Thanks a million.

O Eagles Nest Cabanas está situado num amplo terreno rodeado por zonas húmidas e dispõe de quartos com um terraço. A 3 minutos a pé da praia, a propriedade tem o seu próprio restaurante. The location is super peaceful and quiet, lots of animals right by the lagoon. 7 mins away from the beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I got stung by a jelly fish and got offered Aloe Vera right away which really helped me a lot. The breakfast and food in general is homemade and super super tasty. The coffee was also pretty good. I definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a super quiet and peaceful timeout to just relax and enjoy being surrounded by all kinds of peaceful animals.

Such a nice, green and calm place. It’s not so far from the yala national park entry. The host was really nice and we got really good breakfast and dinner. The pool is a plus after a long and sweaty safari day

Fernando and his family are so sweet! The guestroom is on the first floor with an amazing view over the lake and has plenty of space (indoors&outdoors). Everything was very clean (& had AC) and we were taken good care of. Sometimes we were even invited for tea and srilankan sweets! We liked to watch all the different animals from the balkony! There are several restaurants just around the corner which have amazing local food and the prettiest beach is just down the road! Apart from that the price was super fair. We would definitely come back any time! Thank you for the wonderful stay! ☀️
