Where do I begin to describe paradise? I am so glad I booked into Leopard Reach as my base for the Yala National Park because I had a truly unforgettable taste of luxury in the jungle. I loved it so much, I stayed two nights. This is a truly special place, with only a few tent-lodges. In fact, I was the only guest on the property, and was treated like a queen. The interior of my room was top quality, with all amenities. And the private mini pool on the terrace was extremely welcome. On both nights I had an exceptional dinner; the first night consisted of a Sri Lankan curry with so many lovely dishes, and the second was an al fresco BBQ, prepared just for me. Breakfast was served on my private terrace. I cannot speak highly enough of Fonseka, the General Manager (the quintessential host) and his trusty team of Randika (what a great guy), Lakruwan (who makes the place run like clockwork) and Kasun (the Chef). Thanks a million.

Wild loch yala se encuentra en Tissamaharama, a 10 km de Tissa Wewa, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. Such a nice, green and calm place. It’s not so far from the yala national park entry. The host was really nice and we got really good breakfast and dinner. The pool is a plus after a long and sweaty safari day

Out of the 10 places we stayed at during our trip across Sri Lanka, Four Chalets Yala was by far the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and cool towels – such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The two hosts – a lovely lady at reception and a gentleman who looked after us – were exceptional. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask their names, but their professionalism and genuine warmth left a lasting impression. The other staff members were also great. What we truly appreciated was that we never once felt pressured into extra services or reviews; their approach was natural, authentic, and sincere, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The chalets themselves suited our personality perfectly – modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. Every detail seemed well thought out. The food was good, and the portions were generous. Adding to the charm was the resident family of monkeys around the property. They complimented the natural surroundings beautifully and made the experience even more memorable Overall, this stay stood out as a highlight of our entire trip. We felt very relaxed there. Four Chalets Yala combines comfort, design, and heartfelt hospitality in a way that’s rare to find. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yala and would absolutely return without hesitation.

Jungle Cabin - Bundala se encuentra en Bundala Levagamgoda, a 11 km de Parque Nacional Bundala, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. This is am experience you wont forget! Sleeping on a platform in the jungle was so peaceful. We absolutely loved the motorbike safari, highlight of the holiday. Saw elephants crocodiles and heaps of birds. Owner is very experienced guide and so knowledgeable. We loved it, absolutely unforgettable.

NIKARA Luxury Beach House se encuentra en Tissamaharama, a pocos pasos de Playa de Nidangala, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing, including Greya the in-house parrot. A hidden-gem, an jungle oasis of nature with a pool in the beachfront. Food was delicious, room super clean, spacious and well decorated. Loved it!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location faced to beautiful paddy field. Top tip : Hotel owner Mrs.Dilhani arranged our Safari and made us delicious breakfast packed in a containers to carry with us while on safari.We had an absolutely brilliant day and I would love to recommend White House Inn - Thissamaharama to other travellers. Hotel SU kataragama se encuentra en Kataragama, a 12 km de Tissa Wewa y a 22 km de Situlpawwa. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y parking privado gratis. In short, the place was great 👍. The location was great (in a nice quiet area but still close to the city), the room was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was very attentive. We had an issue with one of the door locks and they promptly offered us another room. Breakfast was great as well. Really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back.

The Forest Chalet está en Tissamaharama, a 10 km de Tissa Wewa y a 25 km de Situlpawwa. Ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y acceso a un jardín con terraza. Staying here felt like luxury for us, everything seems to be brand new and with a clean and modern furniture. Room was huge, and we didn't expect to have a bath with nice hot water. The place is very peaceful surrounded by the forest, and just 15 minutes from kataragama temple complex, which is a must see during sunset time.. I really would have spent a week just here!
