Set in Riga’s historic centre overlooking Bastion Hill, Grand Poet Hotel by Semarah combines contemporary design with five-star comfort. Very cosy hotel with wonderful staff. The location was perfect, on a quiet street, a short walk through a beautiful park to downtown. the Snob bar is a must before/after dinner visit. Breakfast was far beyond any expectations.

The apartment is very close to a tram stop, making it a quick trip across the bridge until you're in the city. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location was sterling....right smack in Old Town Riga. However that's not it. It was by far the best one that I've stayed at in this trip which covered some 30 cities. The apartment was very tastefully furnished and surprisingly even had a Spa/jacuzzi !!!!! Moreover the host was also very pleasant and flexible and allowed me to leave my baggage there even after check out time. For anyone visiting Riga I would definitely recommend this place.
