The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed was amazing and i had a lovely sleep. The staff were absolutely brilliant and always went above to help me.

Beautiful waterside location in a very scruffy, down-market area, accessed by a short, rough sloping track. The property is a bit tired and in need of refurb. The rooms are spartan basic - everything is there, but nowhere near a standard that would justify anything but the lowest room rate. The staff were chaotic - nobody seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing, and the food was mediocre. A real shame because there is the potential, due to the location, to make this a highly desirable place to stay.

Great space, clean, central, great host who was very hospitable and helpful. Everything you need and really comfy beds.

Lovely and clean, quiet and relaxing

The apartment is very clean and spacious. I would recommend for a solo traveller as well as a families. Located 10 minutes walk from the Kenitra Train Station, which is very convenient, and neighbourhood has all the modern amenities

This was one of the biggest properties I have stayed in. Large, spacious living room with huge screen TV. Big dining room/living room. Large kitchen had gas stove and fridge. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. As a budget bicycle tourer this basic accommodation was ample for me and at a good price.

Very friendly and polite people. I was made to feel at home. Comfortable lounge with fireplace that was kept warm. Fantastic sea views with outside seating areas. Good Wi-Fi. Good access to the beach down steps nearby. Plentiful hot water for the shower. It was very peaceful and quiet and I had a really good night’s sleep.
