During our 18 days trip in Morocco, this is the BEST hotel we have stayed. The communication and the attitude of staff, the breakfast, the rooms are world class. To be honest, we stayed in a few similarly rated hotels across Fez, Marrakesh, Casablanca, and some towns in and around Merzouga. While those hotels were fine by Moroccan standards, many had issues — extremely small rooms in some riads, occasional smells, flies, and even a few sneaky hotel owners trying to push restaurant recommendations. It sometimes made me wonder if their ratings on Booking had been inflated. This hotel, however, truly lives up to its rating — and even exceeds it. I would highly recommend it.

The service is fast and the facilities are beautiful, varied and wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness is at its utmost. The amount of comfort in the stay is something I have never experienced. No hassle or delay in ordering times. They do everything in their power to make your stay a happy one. The restaurant staff deserve gold stars, especially the employee Iqbal, she made my day happy 🌷

We liked everything: the place was spacious, the view was breathtaking and the overall comfort of the rooms and showers was great! There was a little shop in front of the building, the parking garage for the car and in 5 minutes you have a shopping mall and a train station! The place was new and had a coffee machine, dishwashing machine and also the code lock(so no bother with keys, the only thing is you have to take the garage remote for the main entrance to get in!:))The concierge was nice as well and helped us to get into the building!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
