The host was really welcoming and she is really easy going, she made sure the flat was professionally cleaned before our arrival. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this place. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The staff was impeccable in all aspects (front desk, baggage, restaurant, housekeeping). I very much enjoyed my room, the Alejandria suite. Views from the Terrace were spectacular. Breakfast and dinner at El Reducto were excellent. Finally, great value.
