Hotel Le Negresco, overlooks the beach and the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. Free Wifi access is provided and there is an on-site fitness centre. Everything was amazing. Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to assist with every need.

A real gem in Nice will definitely be back 💕💕

If we ever go to France again, this will be priority stay for several days again. Host was welcoming and made us feel at home, there aren't many hosts on Booking that actually wait for your arrival, show you around and really are there for you if you need something. Space had everything as is described but even much more: all the details, atmosphere, vintage look and feel are brilliant! Breakfast was our favorite part of the day and made waking up so much better. Location is excellent, from here you can visit many places and those that are the most popular are 15-25 minutes away in any direction (Nice, Monaco...) However, there is nothing much going on in this part of Trinite, other than very charming restaurant nearby. We liked it that way because nice and calm. Can't think of any reason why someone would give this less than 10/10!

The landlady welcomed friendly and introduced the house when we arrived. The house is independent and very clean. The front yard is well managed and has good view with tables and chairs. The house is modern - front gate is open thru web button and wifi connection is easy using QR code. The beds are clean and comportable. The kitchenware is quality. Cannes is busy and conjested but this town is very calm. - supermarket and gas station is very close with good price. It is very valuable to stay for family vacation.

It's not far from the train station and if you drive there has parking but you need to tell the host first because only 2-3 parking. Quite and clean place, the host dealers the problem immediately. We'll return for next holidays.
