The room was clean, the view was amazing, and all the room amenities were of high quality. Being relieved with some welcome macarones was a gentle touch also. The connection between the hotel and the beach club is also super friendly making it easy to access and enjoy both pool and adriatic beaches. We also booked a table in the hotel rooftop that has an amazing view and good food. Last but not the least, the staff was very friendly, always available. For sure one of the reasons of the great experience.

Our stay was very pleasant and cozy. The view from the apartment was absolutely fabulous, adding so much charm to our experience. The hosts were excellent—Stasha and her niece were always ready to help and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The place was very comfortable, modern and well-equipped. The best part was a rooftop jacuzzi with the view. We stayed in upper apartment no 4 and had no issues with the jacuzzi above. The location is very nice - it is in quieter are with great view on the Bay and Kotor, but still within walking distance to restaurants, shops, old city and bus stops. We had no problem with getting to the apartment from bus station.

Apartment was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but still just a short walking distance from the old town of Kotor. Highly recommend Villa Vista Real for a nice stay in Kotor!

Our stay was terrific. The host greeted us and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything for a pleasant stay. The location is great—just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk from the Porto Montenegro promenade, and a 5-minute walk from the supermarket. We will stay at Moderna Luxury Apartments again when we're next in Tivat.

My whole experience was lovely and expectational. From contacting them regarding a transfer to actually leaving. They were so pleasant easy to talk to and very very friendly. The staff always tried to ensure they met my needs. Even gave me a nice gift as I left. They really made me feel special. The hotel itself is in the prime location of tivat and can walk to a lot of restaurants. The hotel has wonderful art, very good designs and very clean. The bed was very very soft.
