In times when 5-star hotels only distinguish themselves from the competition by their location, their design and maybe some facilities, but hardly focus on really good service anymore, the Merit Starlit seems to be from another - good old - time. Honest hospitality is the top priority here and that in all departments, from reception to the accommodation manager services and of course the restaurant, where we were served breakfast by a lady who really knew her trade... I have never experienced such unpretentious hospitality before. "Trivialities" such as the best location, high-quality furnishings, pleasant room sizes etc. are of course also fulfilled. To summarize, the Merit Starlit is definitely the best house in Budva and probably one of the best in Montenegro.

If we had more time we would have wanted to stay longer. The hotel is very new. It's also very modern style in every details. The employees are very attentive. The breakfast was outstanding. We need to be careful for our meals, but we ate so much like crazy. 😅. The view of the hotel is very beautiful. They prepared a very nice surprise for us for our anniversary. We loved the interior of our room, the view and everything. Spa and indoor Pool was enough. The location was very good. Also, indoor parking was ideal for us. I would LOVE to come again. Everything was really perfect! We had the apartment with 3 bedrooms on the top floor with direct connection to the pool. The flat is great with a wonderful view over the coast from every room, very calm and clean. The infinity pool is lovely and a little nice beach is just a 5min walk away. Comfortable parking slot in front of the door. Als the landlord was really nice and helpful and seems really to take care of his property.
