The place was very comfortable, modern and well-equipped. The best part was a rooftop jacuzzi with the view. We stayed in upper apartment no 4 and had no issues with the jacuzzi above. The location is very nice - it is in quieter are with great view on the Bay and Kotor, but still within walking distance to restaurants, shops, old city and bus stops. We had no problem with getting to the apartment from bus station.

Exceptional location with a picture perfect view, amazing friendly helpful staff, spotless clean facilities, new quiet but very close to downtown neighbourhood, nice jacuzzi with the mesmerising view of the bay of Kotor. I will absolutely visit again should I be in Kotor in the future.

The bathroom was beautiful, the room was very spacious, and the sheets were changed daily – which was a lovely surprise. The garden was just magical, full of lemon and mandarin trees, with a pool and jacuzzi that made it feel like a little paradise. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of great choices. But what really made our stay special was the staff – including the owner – who were incredibly kind and attentive. They did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

The pool is so nice and they have a lot of space around the property to sit and enjoy the view. They take such great care of the property and their guests! I can’t say enough! I would highly recommend this place. Spiro is so kind and so helpful to the guests and Boyana and Sara were so sweet and went over and beyond. You feel so taken care of here and we were so happy we got to stay here!
