Perfect. 5 star house, facilities, view, breakfast, location, and hosts. Owners Duško and Sonja were extremely welcoming hosts to our families (6 adults, 2 kids), and to great care to make sure we were comfortable, enjoyed our vacation, and were well fed with delicious breakfasts. The house was renovated to perfection with wonderful air conditioning to rest from the 40 degree summer heat, and the views of the bay, sunsets, and stars from the balcony and pool were magnificent. I especially enjoyed booking a boat trip for the 8 of us with Duško, for a private tour around the Bay. My Lithuanian in-laws, who usually don’t critique anything as better than “fine”, said they felt like millionaires, looking out from their room and private balcony.

There were three of us, l, my husband and my friend, everyone was comfortable and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

It’s truly a place not to be missed. We stayed in the area and visited several nearby restaurants, including Divino, which offered amazing food and excellent service, but the convenience and quality of this accommodation really stood out. The apartment combines comfort, great value, and exceptional hospitality. An added bonus is the on-site parking right next to the property, with the fee refunded upon checkout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Andrea and Josip are wonderful hosts and have a lovely place near Tivat. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere upon arrival, the closeness to major sights (Bay of Kotor, Lovcen Nationalpark, Perast, Tivat, etc.) and the terrace with the amazing pool. The hosts have a perfect balance between interaction and privacy. A barbecue was hosted and self-made bread, cheese and chorizo as a welcome get-together. Thanks for the amazing stay. The kids loved the animals for sure (there are sheep, hens and baby-chickens (so cute), a cat and more). There is an excellent bbq-restaurant just 300m away as well.
