Leaving aside the hotel conditions, their approach and support during a crisis was very important and great. Our car had a flat tire at a very late hour on the entrance street of the hotel and they supported us both emotionally and with the solution. The hotel's spa and sauna area broke new ground for Ohrid Old Town hotels. They should think about all guests, not just one guest, it impressed me a lot. We heeded everything they recommended and spent two very peaceful and joyful days, even after the night had started so unfortunate. We are grateful, thank you very much. Additionally, Kajche Restaurant was also great.

Breakfast was simple but healthy, and we even got homemade apricot jam from the host. The parking was covered, which was really nice. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

The spa, pool, and rooms were all very well-maintained and pleasant. I especially want to highlight the iced coffee at the pool bar – absolutely perfect! Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very well equipped kitchen and really comfortable spaces both inside and out. The host was really friendly and on hand should we have had any issues. Your so close to all amenities and the host greeted us on arrival and met us when leaving.
