We had a bungalow over the water with a pool. It was magical. We were on the side with the reefs and it was a lot less windy than the other side. and we could just go down the stairs from our balcony and start snorkeling which was amazing. The buffet wasn't the greatest. One day, everything seemed to have tuna in it, the next was a different meat. The hot dishes, the salads etc. It would have been nice to have more fresh food especially in that heat. Getting around in buggies was fun.

All encounters with the staff, whether in the restaurants or with housekeeping, were positive experiences, and all our needs were well taken care of. The food in the buffet was great, and even after one week there were new selections to try out. Also the best destination for snorkeling that I've been to.

Basically everything was either above or meeting expectations. I did a lot of research and read lot of reviews before choosing Centara, so I knew what to expect, but even though I was amazed. I was offered an upgrade of the room for a reasonable price, which made my stay even better. Staff at the restaurants are always smiling and willing to help. The menu at the Italian restaurant and at the Thay are very good and diverse. I strongly recommend booking at least dinner in these two options upon arrival. Meal options at the Coral restaurant are eventually limited, but they always have something for those with restrictions or limited taste. Breakfast is very complete with everything fresh and delicious. We were entitled breakfast at the club, But haven’t tried it as we were always on a rush to go snorkeling. By the way, the house reef is very good, you can see a lot of marine life. Unfortunately, there are lots of corals in the shallow that are broken, clearly an issue arising from reckless divers. So please, when you go, mind your fins, and avoid unnecessary contact with the corals. For those with some experience in snorkeling, I strongly recommend going to the drop off. If you are a certified diver, Don’t miss the wreck at the property. The staff at the dive center was very helpful with a special mention to Ash, He’s not only very kind, but clearly a very skillful diving instructor. The room and all other facilities were always kept impeccably clean. As an additional kindness, they gave us a free sparkling wine at the room as well as decoration in the bed on the day of my wedding anniversary.

It was very comfortable. On the roof of the hotel terrace with sofas and tables. Covered against dust, also tasteful. Beach close. Nice owner and staff. We liked it. We spent 3 nights. The staff here are very attentive, polite, and professional yet friendly. The location is really good for visiting the house reef (at the drop off) at bikini beach over and over again.

It felt like being at home and not at a hotel. The tour guide Ayya really loves his job and he is breathing to organize excursions that leave the people speechless. Whalesharks, dolphins, turtles, snorkeling and finish. We did it all The food was really good. The Maledivian breakfast is amazing and the Lobster was delicious!
