Special mention must go to our personal host, Haaim, whose exceptional professionalism and kindness made our stay truly memorable. His attention to detail and dedication to service was remarkable. The entire staff's hospitality was unparalleled, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Everything was excellent. The villa,the reef,the service, exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food,served at breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant was much above average. There was a great variety of dishes to satisfy all tastes. Customer service was of another level. All the staff was very kind. They all had their way to satisfy our senses and in a unique way.
