Coco helped us from check-in through checkout, always available to answer questions and dinner suggestions on WhatsApp, and Ishaq and the entire dining staff were out of this world, with a special shoutout to the team at soi, where we had the most amazing Thai food ever. The property was impeccably clean, with new, well lit and cooled rooms, brand new shuttle boat, everything was 10/10.

I stayed one night at Hulhule Island Hotel in Malé after my speedboat transfer to Dhighura was cancelled due to rough seas, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the night. Yes, it’s on the expensive side, but the location and facilities are excellent — perfect for a short stay near the airport. I even had the chance to enjoy a quick snorkel right there, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was outstanding, and I want to especially thank the kind egg chef who noticed I was struggling with an injured hand and helped plate my food — such a thoughtful gesture! The bar staff were also fantastic, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended even if it’s a bit pricey — the service and comfort make it well worth it.
