They went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. We arrived earlier than check in time and left later than check out time and they accommodated us, no problem. The breakfast was excellent and through chatting with them we learned a lot about Guanajuato and their families. The locale is ideal… but if you walk home it will test your legs on the uphill. 😆 We used the pool and relaxed on their deck. It was all excellent.

Live Aqua San Miguel de Allende offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub and terrace. Facility and art are exceptionally beautiful! Staff was excellent and accommodating. Restaurant was also excellent. We loved the luxury of our room. Only down side is that you must book spa well in advance of your stay. They had no availability, which was a huge disappointment.

The stuff in the hotel did everything for us and we felt as really exceptional guests. This place is just spotless - you can feel like in a winery in Tuscany. It was the best spot in our whole Mexico trip. The only thing we regretted was that our staying there was too short.
