We had garden villa and it was best accomodation during our trip to Mexiko. Staff is very nice and helpful. Nice pool with jacuzzi, safe garage. Everything quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend!

Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub. The whole resort is very special and built around an amazing cenote. The room was stunning and very modern. The service was outstanding and we really loved the small details like small ice creams/fruits for free when relaxing at the cenote.

The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. We stayed four nights. We wanted to be close to the Xcaret parks. This hotel is at walking distance. The territory was huge, there were multiple cenotes, underground river, a beautiful lagoon, 3 pools, and more. There's lots of things to do that are included in your stay, like kayaks/paddle boards, bike tours, underground river tour and daily yoga classes. The tour guide Gonzalo was amazing, he was very passionate about the tours, and went above and beyond in making sure everyone was comfortable and had a great time during the experiences. The food in the restaurant was really good, and the staff very nice and helpful. There's plenty to do on the premises, but the location is also close to many of Tulum's white sand beaches.
