The exceptional service from the staff truly stood out; they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the top-notch amenities, including the lovely infinity rooftop pool and the delicious on-site restaurant that showcased Mediterranean flavors.

The mecca of home away stays from home, very comfortable, amazing staff, and the coolest monkeys, fantastic food options. We loved it and we are planning to come back! This was the first time we visited Xcaret and it was such an amazing experience we can't wait to experience more of it!! We were unlucky that on our first night, our neighbours were unfortunately loud late at night. When we complained, the hotel went above and beyond and gave us our own secluded rooms away from the previous rooms. This is exceptional client service and would definitely return. Food was delicious, a real escape from the Riviera Mayan resort feel.
