The place is very well organized with great staff! The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

We stayed four nights. We wanted to be close to the Xcaret parks. This hotel is at walking distance. The setting is in a jungle. Very nice. All of the staff are wonderful.
