The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered tending to all of our needs (a couple and a 2-year-old kid plus a grandma). Both the dinner and breakfast included with the room were delicious and very nicely presented and it was lovely not to have to look for food after a long day at Chichen. The included parking right next to the hotel was also very convenient. The building is old, so do not expect modern luxury, but you can't beat the location right off the main plaza, plus the A/C works just fine and the garden more than makes up for that.

We mentioned when we were arriving, and they stored our luggage and let us check in an hour only. The breakfast food was delicious. Also the restaurant for lunch/evening meal was great too. If you have any doubts about booking here, ignore them and book it. You won't regret it. This place was amazing and we miss it already.

Hotel Boutique Casa Xaan offers a hot tub. Beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Easy parking on the property of the hotel. All great things. But best of all was the staff. Always happy to help with advice, tips, anything... Somebody was available at any time of day. Even when we left for a day trip at 5:00 am. Could not recommend it more. ❤️

We were glad to be able to leave our car in the enclosed secure courtyard at the front of the house. We were happy to find the home very clean. The living area is very large ..as are the 2 , upper floor, bedrooms. Adequate fresh bottled water was left for our use in the kitchen. The wifi was good and the power stayed on. The house is enclosed with an 8 ft. wall , so felt secure . Beds were comfortable ..and the master ensuite was nice too.
