From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and constantly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out. The entire property exudes charm and elegance, with a clear attention to detail that elevates the whole experience. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our stay, and there's no doubt—we will definitely be coming back!

Hotel Boutique Casa Xaan se găsește în Valladolid, la 43 km de Chichen Itza, și are o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. We had a lovely time staying here. The hotel and grounds were very relaxing. The room was a big and the bed was comfortable. Mario and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the neighborhood and easy access to town. The back gardens were beautiful and we even saw a small flock of wild parrots fluttering between the trees. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone asking.

From checking in with the maestro to our gorgeous room with huge, comfortable bed and great A/C. The views from the hotel were incredible and we very much enjoyed eating our breakfast looking over the beach and sea. The pool was lovely and great for a cool down. There was a private beach section with comfy sun loungers which was basically on the beach front from where we enjoyed many cervecas. The staff were all fantastic. We enjoyed that there were no plastic bottles used and instead a water refill station with hot and cold water. Definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Hotel Zamna Boutique is centrally located 1 km from Merida Cathedral. The colonial-style hotel features an outdoor pool set in tropical gardens and seating areas with Mexican art. Staff is very gentle, caring and trying to make you happy. Very nice people. The place and the room are very local, nice, clean and they have a lot of local fruit trees - personally I like it. Breakfast is fine.

Casa La Perla del Sur Confort y calidez en todos sus espacios se găsește în Ticul și oferă o grădină și o terasă. We liked the quiet location , away from Centro. We were glad to be able to leave our car in the enclosed secure courtyard at the front of the house. We were happy to find the home very clean. The living area is very large ..as are the 2 , upper floor, bedrooms. Adequate fresh bottled water was left for our use in the kitchen. The wifi was good and the power stayed on. The house is enclosed with an 8 ft. wall , so felt secure . Beds were comfortable ..and the master ensuite was nice too.
