It was spacious, beautiful, and super clean, and the amenities were hotel-grade. They have hotel-grade pillows, bed linens, towels, and even things like toilet papers are hotel-quality. The utilities inside are well thought-out too. Everything that we could possibly need to make our entire stay comfortable was provided for us. They even prepared lots of free goodies to welcome us upon our arrival. We thought it was very thoughtful to have a free bottle of wine, local fruits, and drinks inside the fridge. The villa staff cleaned the place daily, took care of cleaning the dishes as the dishwasher wasn't working, and they were all very warm and polite. It's the best place to stay for family or group holidays. We recommend it 100%!

I don't often write reviews, but it would be a shame not to share my experience at the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi and recommend this fantastic place to everyone. Everything was perfect—impeccable services, attention to detail, well-equipped rooms, friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast restaurant set in the jungle with a beautiful terrace offered a diverse menu and a generous buffet with very kind employees. Funny fact: during scrambled eggs and lovely capuccino we were visited by the resident monkeys, that were greeting us every morning and stealing sugar from our table. What a lovely day to start the morning! I highly recommend trying the Beach Grill restaurant, where the chef truly impressed us. Besides the excellently prepared food, he crafted a mango salad based on our preferences and on request he prepared for us a “surprise dinner" that was absolutely extraordinary. The Horizon beach bar offered us a beautiful sunset by a chilled rose wine. The music played by the Dj helped the perfect atmosphere along with the fresh and luxurious food. The Chinese restaurant by the ocean, with its elegant design and impeccable food, added to the overall excellence. I used the spa services twice, with the 120-minute massage rituals, used one hou before the facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi, and I left from there relaxed and speechless. At some point we did a walk in the jungle with a guide provided by the hotel. Of course the hike was beautiful, we’ve reached a private beach with a great view, but more than that, we were impressed with the young guide, vast culture and full of knowledge and also his perfect English. Many thanks to Mia, which offered us a perfect lovely evening and a memory that we cannot forget.

Multilingual staff at the reception are ready to assist you with any inquiries any time of the day. The beach and the view is absolutely amazing. We stayed for nights and the breakfast was amazing although it can feel a bit repetitive after the 2nd day. They do change some of the dishes though. The staffs behavior are on another level. Extremely welcoming very warm and very helpful. Both of our kids (8G and 10B)also had an amazing time. They were either cycling (complimentary) or at the kids pool, which by the was very safe and did not need any supervision or they were busy at the kids club which is supervised by their lovely staff. Then we also had dinner by the beach, the food was simply outstanding just wish we could have enjoyed the food but couldn't due to mosquitos and insects biting on us. Hopefully the concern department can take care of this issue. They have two pools one is dedicated to adults only and then there is the family pool. I honestly loved the idea of having a private cavana right infront of the pool. You can lovedovey and all romantic with the missus all in your own little private area where no one can peek. We really enjoyed it.

During your stay at this apartment, you can make use of a rooftop pool, as well as a selection of a sauna and a shared kitchen. I loved every inch of this apartment! The view is simply amazing, and the amenities were perfect. Everything was well thought out and very comfortable. I would love to stay here again and again. Truly a wonderful experience!

I really enjoyed my stay in this "villa is not enough to describe, its a MANSION!" ,, this place is really great, big, clean, great views, helpful team, caring staff,, living inside the nature, its the best for people who like privacy and living away from the hustle and relax and enjoy,, I considered this place as my fortress,, I discovered Langkawi with all its serenity while having this place and its great staff as my backbone and fortress that I count on,, I cannot recommend this place enough! You guys are amazing! **To more discribe the place to others: it has 1 big master bedroom with king size bed, with its own bathroom and balcony directly connected to the pool, this room is in the ground floor, in the same floor you have a big living room, a big dining table room, a big kitchen full of everything you might need, and a bathroom, and the great and very very big garden, and the pool, as for the upper floor, you have 2 master bedroom "queen size beds" with their own bathroom, and another bedroom (not master) (2 single beds), and great & big balcony. So total: 3 master bedrooms, 1 "not master" bedroom, and a total of 4 bathrooms.
