It’s an awesome hotel! I travel to Langkawi with my friend and stay in Looma for 3 nights, and the staff in reception is really nice and always helpful. You also can book sunset cruise here, and I borrowed a towel from reception before I go to the sunset cruise, they don’t even ask any deposit and just let me take it. And the private pool is also nice, the temperature is perfect, it’s not cold and hot, totally enjoy the swimming time. The cleaner are also the detail person, they cleaned the room in detail but also keep everything you use on the same spots. Boasting a mile-long private beach and multi-tiered outdoor pools, Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is surrounded by landscaped gardens and lush forests. The beach and the view is absolutely amazing. We stayed for nights and the breakfast was amazing although it can feel a bit repetitive after the 2nd day. They do change some of the dishes though. The staffs behavior are on another level. Extremely welcoming very warm and very helpful. Both of our kids (8G and 10B)also had an amazing time. They were either cycling (complimentary) or at the kids pool, which by the was very safe and did not need any supervision or they were busy at the kids club which is supervised by their lovely staff. Then we also had dinner by the beach, the food was simply outstanding just wish we could have enjoyed the food but couldn't due to mosquitos and insects biting on us. Hopefully the concern department can take care of this issue. They have two pools one is dedicated to adults only and then there is the family pool. I honestly loved the idea of having a private cavana right infront of the pool. You can lovedovey and all romantic with the missus all in your own little private area where no one can peek. We really enjoyed it.

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding and the owner went above and beyond. He was always just one call away and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was spotless and so beautifully kept. Normally, when I travel, I always wear slippers in hotels or villas, but here my whole family felt completely comfortable walking around barefoot. That’s how clean it was! We felt right at home and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
