The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. We had a room with the view to the Petrona towers, this was the best experience we had staying at a hotel. The choice at the breakfast were so many that will cover anybody’s taste. Check in and check out was very easy as the coordinator Mahfooz ur Rahman was present here all the time and he gave his personal mobile number for any inconvenience. The room was good however it was small. The sheets were clean, but getting old, so need to be changed. The washroom was clean and very nice. The Ac and the rest of the facilities were good.
