The service at the hotel was absolutely first-class. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for our employee, which made the arrival very easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with options to suit many preferences. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

Everything at the hotel was beyond my expectations, the room was clean and big and above all the staff was so attending, polite and service minded. The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. We had a room with the view to the Petrona towers, this was the best experience we had staying at a hotel. The choice at the breakfast were so many that will cover anybody’s taste. EQ is Highly recommended, the best 5 star hotel.

Connected to KLIA via a sky bridge, Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) with 5 mins walk away to and from KLIA. This 5-star hotel offers guests with complimentary 24-hour buggy service to and from KLIA. the breakfast buffet in the coffee shop was one of the best I have had in forty five years of travelling. the drivers of the golf carts are a real asset to this hotel. they were so friendly they became my instant friends.

The location is good. Check in and check out was very easy as the coordinator Mahfooz ur Rahman was present here all the time and he gave his personal mobile number for any inconvenience. The room was good however it was small. The sheets were clean, but getting old, so need to be changed. The washroom was clean and very nice. The Ac and the rest of the facilities were good.
