The location of the property was excellent, you are right by the beach front and the town. The B&B was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing on a cold night. The host was very nice. We absolutely liked the unit, its interior, decoration and fit out. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh bread rolls (still warm) and everything you could wish for including fresh fruit. kitchen well fitted out with all appliances needed. the owners ae a lovely young couple with two Children , and they cannot do enough for you to make you comfortable.

Absolutely everything was exactly as we hoped it would be. We were visiting from America, and wanted an experience that would be different than what we were used to having on the USA. Ria, and her beautiful and unique property were wonderful! Situated right on the picturesque harbor, it is easy walking distance to everything! We stayed on the top floor. Ria is a charming host who prepared a fabulous breakfast that could have fed a large family! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Hoorn, we will definitely stay there again!

Guests can also relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area. Very nice and quiet place! Location is very good. Not in the centre of city (far from noise), but all the cafes and restaurants are quite close, about 10 minutes to walk from the Wellness.. Bus stop is right there about 2 minutes from place. We enjoyed the sauna and warm outdoor jacuzzi. Room was very clean and organised. Coffee machine in the room it's very convenient too. We had very good breakfast and great picnic with grilled meat in the yard (rest and picnic area). Thank you Monica for amazing time in your place!
