Perfect location for the harbour, ferries, shopping and restaurants in downtown. Parking space underground was very convenient for us and though there was a charge this was lower than most hotels charge in the area at $32 a night. Room very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool! Will be staying again.

Offering an indoor pool and a fitness centre, Avani Metropolis Auckland Residences is 400 metres from Auckland Art Gallery and 400 metres from Skycity Auckland Convention Centre. Superb location. The room was clean, spacious, and very cozy. Great value for money.

The balcony has wonderful views of the harbour so you can sit and watch the ferries and boats and people come and go. It’s a great place to have breakfast in the morning and to have a drink in the evening. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay including a washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, hot tub and more. The shower works well and the bed is comfortable. There are little touches that make your stay special e.g. gorgeous toiletries and dressing gowns provided.

Less than 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, that had full faculties and a small selection of vendor food available, the pizza trailer was excellent. 10 minute walk to town and local bus stops within 300 meters of the property. The European Breakfast was excellent with homemade muffins. Also has an afternoon tea if your around the property, if not a small plate of sweets we're waiting in the room.

The location is second to none -- close to all the action on the Quay in Auckland Harbour and literally steps away from all the CBD has to offer. The view from the unit is spectacular -- day or night. Morning coffee on the deck at sunrise will start your day off perfectly! The owners have clearly thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Michelle was so responsive and helpful during our stay -- thank you! The property is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you need. We are so grateful we ended our trip to New Zealand at Prince's Wharf -- our stay was one of our top experiences on a spectacular holiday. Our only regret was that we didn't get to stay longer!
