Fiordland Discovery offers a scenic overnight boat cruise around New Zealand's iconic Milford Sound. This is a very comfortable new boat that hosts maximum 22 guests in nine cabins. Milford sound is one of the most beautiful places in the world that I have seen, and I have seen a lot. The crew was excellent, I can’t praise enough our Skipper, his first mate Jack, the chef who served the wonderful meal, and the girls that were taking care of us in a polite and friendly way.

Rebecca was an excellent host. Our stay was exceptional. Cleaned to perfection and a great location. Breakfast in the morning was very much appreciated for the long days we had ahead. The comfiest bed we’ve slept in so far too!

The house and surroundings were beautiful and so comfy. The wisteria suite was great bed so comfy too. Jeff and Jan made us feel at home and Jeff made a scrumptious breakfast. Eddie the dog was an extra treat!

Host meeting you on arrival - staff appear whether you wander out of your room and ask if they can assist. Amazing service. Every member of the team was perfectly polite, engaging, and responsive. They will organise anything that you want - trips across the surrounding area. One couple had a helicopter trip and it literally landed on the lawn of the place. That is defeintly the way to end a long day! Location - stunning is the word you will probably read most about this place. And it actually is. Room - we had the room with the terrace - I would book this again - as you walk straight out from your room into a courtyard which is in the shade and sun in the afternoon. This is an all-inclusive accommodation - it has to be as it is a trek from the local towns. The food was extremely good. It was never too much or too little the chief has got the balance right. At the end of the trip I left items in the room (very annoyed with myself) the owner looked after them and made sure we got them back. Everything was amazing

Located adjacent to Lake Te Anau, Tasman Holiday Parks - Te Anau offers a children’s playground, a hot tub and BBQ facilities. All accommodation features a flat-screen TV. If you’re heading to Te Anau on your way to visit Milford Sound, I highly recommend stopping here. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Te Anau Top 10 Holiday Park and Motels are 2 minutes’ walk from Te Anau’s restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely clean unit, comfy beds, good heater and WIFI. Walking distance to everything. Terrific staff.
