You feel welcomed the moment you enter the gate. They have created such cozy spaces for guests and the provide great amenities like coffee and tea, toast and other small breakfast items. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! We loved everything about our stay at Lochmara Lodge. We stayed for two nights with our family and It was a little bit of a splurge, but did not disappoint! The location was stunning, the fact that you got there by water taxi made it remote and uncrowded, and there were plenty of things to do (hike, paddleboard, kayak). Also, the food was delicious and the staff was accommodating and helpful.

They provided homemade bread and fresh eggs from their chickens as well as honey that Max had made.. The view from the balcony was beautiful over the town of Picton and the Queen Charlotte sound. The apartment was big and comfortable, modern and well equipped. A great experience because of their warmth and hospitality.

Just a 3-minute drive from the heart of Picton, Tasman Holiday Parks Picton boasts a heated outdoor pool in the summer months, and a hot tub. great place for a rest to catch the ferry the next morning. we got in late, everything was ready in the lock box, had a good night's sleep and off early to catch the first ferry, used key drop.

Tombstone Motel, Lodge & Backpackers features elevated views of Picton Harbour and the surrounding mountains. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We enjoyed playing pool and darts, as well as reading. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. Breakfast was nice, with toasts as well as freshly baked cheese scones. Gary was very friendly and helpful.
