Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. It was nice and clean. Had good size. The fireplace was a nice touch. We also enjoyed having access to the swimming pools. I also liked that it had the menus for all the restaurants in the property folder. This made it easy for us to decide where to have dinner

Excellent accommodation, well appointed and spacious, everything you need for a holiday stay. Great garage parking which was a bonus. Host supplied great instructions also on access etc. Top location, super close to the beautiful lake and easy walk to town..steaming bean coffee van just down the road on the lake too, win win. Highly recommend for a Taupo stay.

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the spa with a view was a fantastic bonus. However, the highlight of our stay was Don, the host. He was the best host we’ve ever had—kind, attentive, and always making sure we were okay. Don truly made us feel welcome, like we were at home. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Rooms were wide clean, all facilities were very convenient such as laundry and washing machines. Especially, good for cooking. Furthermore, the bathroom was good, the bedrooms were cozy and outdoor view was fantastic. The most of all, the fee was very appropriate and reasonable. We were so sorry not to have time to enjoy all kinds of activities such as kayak, yacht etc which were provided by accommodation because of having been late. All were well equipped eventhogh we didn't have opportunity to use them. I strongly recommend house.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 46 km from ASB Baypark Stadium, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The guest house has a children's playground and a hot tub. We stayed here after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set. A lovely, comfortable room surrounded by a gorgeous garden. Brenda and Syd were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Kaimai Sunset Bed and Breakfast to anyone travelling in the area.
