All was great. Sauna was a nice bonus. Nature surrounding the house was amazing, birds chirping. There was Moskito net on window (we open windows at night). We could wash clothes and have them dry soon after (there is dryer). Host was the best!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the spa with a view was a fantastic bonus. However, the highlight of our stay was Don, the host. He was the best host we’ve ever had—kind, attentive, and always making sure we were okay. Don truly made us feel welcome, like we were at home. We can’t recommend this place enough!

I loved the space available. It was so nice having the entire unit to ourselves. The master bedroom has its own washer and dryer as well as full bathroom and kitchen. The other half of the house has a smaller kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed) and the other with a full sized bed. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the location and space were awesome! The second bathroom was a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The shower was nice in there as well. The kitchen space was really nice as well. I would totally stay here again. I wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the hot tub. It's HUGE! Kitchen and dining area are really nice as well.

We could see the horses from the window, and it was a beautiful picture-postcard view. The room was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and utensils, as well as an espresso machine. The owner was kind. It's a very nice hotel with good access to both Hobbiton and the town.
