- Appearance: This place is a 'hidden gem', don't let the lack of reviews deter you. What I experienced was a clean, well kept and modern chalet which matched the photos i saw on website. - Location: Great as its 5 mins drive from Nizwa Fort & souq so was easily accessible. - Host: Azzan was responsive throughout our stay, even before check in. Great host and helped with any and all queries we had. Housekeeper Hanif was also a great help. - Overall: Hotel-like finish, great experience for families and would recommend for anyone planning a short-stay in Nizwa like we did.

We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated.
