They organised a packed lunch for me because I had an early morning tour, complete with coca tea for the altitude. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Alexandria and Emily. They even offered to bring us breakfast when it was closing and we couldn't go. Patient with my Español too. The room was great, I can't think of anything to improve on which is hard to find these days. Very hot water, good lighting, a comfy and big bed, a desk for working, and the hot tub was fantastic. The outside areas are beautiful, they have two gardens inside the hotel with seating to enjoy. As I worked from the hotel, I used them to eat which was a nice break from the hotel room. Everything was spotless. The surrounding area is also very nice and modern, there's a large beautiful park nearby with llamas. Ubers arrive in less than 10 minutes.
