The property is located in a magical and wonderful place. The staff are incredibly kind, punctual, and always smiling. With their simplicity and attention, I was able to discover so many details about the local wildlife and surroundings. Truly an enchanting experience. I absolutely recommend it!

The host is so kind and took time to make photos for us, really nice photos he did, also the reason is nice view of his lodge. He prepared nice breakfast early morning as we left early morning, it was big suprise for us. Nice lodge, nice host.

The most mind blowing view you can imagine!! It’s unreal and so peaceful! I was initially skeptical since booking.com had very few reviews but this was beyond every expectation ever. The food is fabulous. Very well accommodating for vegetarians too. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful. The fact that it’s all inclusive for food, beverages and excursions makes it that much better. We were there for 2 nights. I wish we had 3 nights since the first day we only reached at dinner time. But I can’t imagine there’s much to do beyond those few days there. Just admire the view and unwind. 10/10 would recommend and revisit!!

After almost 3 months of travelling on a budget we decided to treat ourselves to one night and this was the perfect stay. Friendly and helpful staff; they booked us a taxi for the next morning to get to the bus station. Cosy and spacious room. Really comfy and warm bed. Hot shower and bath (with jets!). Delicious breakfast.

Hotel Imperial is situated in Juliaca, within 40 km of Viewpoint Puma Uta and 41 km of Yanamayo Stadium.
