Incredibly beautiful, you can tell they take really good care of it, mountains in the background are unbelievable. Clearly built with the environment in mind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. One of our laptops was stolen in the airport, and Hector the manager helped us file a police report and Maria even accompanied us and waited with us and helped with translations. The chef is also incredibly creative and even made to order meals for us that weren’t on the menu. The breakfast is also expansive and delicious and the service especially from Charlie was impeccable. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a very early train to Machu Picchu. It got a little chilly at night but they lit the fire for us in our room which was more than enough. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the beginning, the staff were very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the heater, which made it extra comfortable. Despite our late-night arrival, they warmly welcomed us, and when we had to leave early in the morning, they thoughtfully prepared takeaway breakfasts for our group. They even helped us arrange transportation to the train station. Very kind staff and an excellent place to stay in Ollantaytambo!

MISKI SAMAY DOMO BOUTIQUE offers a hot tub. The property was clean and secluded, with private “tents” that included a hot tub. They had everything we needed for our stay - including baby alpacas! The service was amazing. Roger and the staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to guests’ needs. They offered flexible dining and activities. The food was delicious! Overall, we’d highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Urabamba or visiting Machu Picchu.
