Incredibly beautiful, you can tell they take really good care of it, mountains in the background are unbelievable. Clearly built with the environment in mind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. One of our laptops was stolen in the airport, and Hector the manager helped us file a police report and Maria even accompanied us and waited with us and helped with translations. The chef is also incredibly creative and even made to order meals for us that weren’t on the menu. The breakfast is also expansive and delicious and the service especially from Charlie was impeccable. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a very early train to Machu Picchu. It got a little chilly at night but they lit the fire for us in our room which was more than enough. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The grounds of the hotel are really nice and it is so easy to just habg out while enjoying the beautiful landscape and surroundings. Our kids enjoyed the friendly Alpaca which we visited daily. Having the breakfast available from 6.15am is a huge plus for jet lagged travelers.

Everything - Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Spa, Engineering and Landscaping, Security, Kitchen. Every single detail during my stay was incredible. Spa was the best!

We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Walter, who was incredibly generous and friendly. Our room was spacious, bright, and spotless. The shower was fantastic—clean with excellent water pressure. By the way, I want to highlight the windows, which had great noise insulation—we slept very well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ollantaytambo. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay!

It's a brand new hotel with great facilities. It's a great place for anyone that wants some comfort during their stay in the sacred valley. The hotel arranged a driver for me, for a great price, to drive around to all the amazing Inca ruins in the sacred valley. The location is good and just a few minutes down the road you can explore Urubamba with its great cafés and market.

I loved the view of the mountains, the environment was amazing, and the owners are an amazing family that makes us feel soo incredibly comfortable like they were there for us all the time and that was so nice. The tree house is really good and have some pillows and games. Also the place has two hammocks, which I consider was the best place to relax and the jacuzzi is incredibly amazing, if you do it at night you have the chance to see the stars and it's simply the best. For sure, the best place to stay and you will have the best memories. The breakfast was sooo tasty!
