If you feel you’re not fully immerse in nature, this is perfect to get in touch with nature even more. The staff was extremely friendly. They welcomed us with a complimentary drink. At night , when the temperature drops, they start a fire for you in your room at 7pm and they offered to start a bonfire for us under the mountain. It was my birthday. So, they surprised me with an amazing dessert at dinner.

Beautiful location by the fast flowering river in the Center of the sacred valley. The hotel is set around and ancient hacienda with multiple courtyards, terraces and a museum and cinema. The gardens are perfection, the pool, lakes and island chapel all lovely. The spa is world class and the chef worthy of international recognition. And the staff……. In our experience Peruvians are the warmest and most welcoming of people and it seemed that the best of those traits were in abundance here.

The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help us solve a problem with our luggage, and we truly appreciated his support. The food was also fantastic – fresh, tasty, and homemade. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, complete with a private mini spa that made it feel luxurious. The restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Grimaldo, the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

I loved the view of the mountains, the environment was amazing, and the owners are an amazing family that makes us feel soo incredibly comfortable like they were there for us all the time and that was so nice. The tree house is really good and have some pillows and games. Also the place has two hammocks, which I consider was the best place to relax and the jacuzzi is incredibly amazing, if you do it at night you have the chance to see the stars and it's simply the best. For sure, the best place to stay and you will have the best memories. The breakfast was sooo tasty!

The area is super safe and close to the center of Urubamba. The Family Bungalows are very spacious and super clean. We saw that the team cleaned everything (including curtains and windows) after each departure. They cleaned it also from the „former“ energy. Breakfast was served direkt to your bungalow at the time you want - just tell them per WhatsApp or personally. The service is outstanding. Luis and Anna helped us more than we ever expected. I had a medical issue because of the altitude and Luis drove us to the medical center - stayed and translated for us! Just amazing! Anna and Luis are the souls and the owners of the Kutimuy Lodge - Thank you for all you did - from our hearts! Go there - enjoy the Lodge and never ask if the price is to high! It is not!
