The 24-hour access to a thermal pool is a major advantage. The highlight is the incredibly vast park surrounding the property. Overall, it's a delightful spot with a unique charm that extends beyond the accommodations.

The property features sea and garden views, and is 11 km from Pico do Carvao. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The apartment felt really comfortable and well arranged. Being close to the airport it was a good way to end our trip. The appliances were all functioning and well maintained, and the jacuzzi was exceptional.

The staff was incredible. Romeu was a great help for us and saved our trip to the island. He was flexible and very attentive to our demands even though it was a last second change.

The apartments were comfortable, clean and big. We spent a great time in the accomodation being able to use the gym, sauna and jacuzzi after a hiking day.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Every detail is exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, the warm welcome included an optional glass of port, the room has everything you need including a big fridge and balcony, the friendly staff were so helpful, the breakfast is probably the best we have ever had at a hotel (it includes free breakfast champagne). Everything was amazing. Shout out to Pedro for the warm welcome. We will be back here for sure. 10/10

The property was beautiful with wonderful gardens and a wood lot Trail. We had a view of the ocean. It was previously a manor and all the rules are beautifully done . There was a swimming pool and a sauna. It was a bit cool in the season for us to use. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very accommodating and informative. They were always available for questions. We don’t want to leave and would definitely come back again. By the way the parking was fabulous. They have their own secured parking lot.

The suite was so comfortable, we had a great sleep. We walked to the city centre very easily. My only regret is to have booked only one night. This place is amazing I highly recommend.
