As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

View is amazing, food was great (breakfast & bar), very clean. Staff is really nice and helpful. Although the hotel was fully booked, it didn’t feel crowded at all. Very calm and lovely atmosphere. We were looking for somewhere special to celebrate our 20th anniversary, but didn’t want to stay in a big, impersonal hotel, and it was just what we had hoped. The hotel combines traditional with beautiful modern spaces, wonderful gardens and lots of secluded spots for guests to enjoy the peace and breathtaking views. Breakfast was delicious with hot options cooked to order, and the dining room staff were friendly and efficient. We had dinner at the hotel twice in the week we stayed and the food was of a high standard; eating out on the terrace was a highlight. We loved coming back to the pool after hiking or exploring the island, or to enjoy a drink on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Ponta do Sol itself is more peaceful than many other places on the south coast but has several good places to eat and a popular pub, so most evenings we were able to eat in the village without having to drive. The lifts were all working properly. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring all parts of the island as it is very close to the road which runs up to the mountains and the north coast. Having an indoor pool and sauna to use when the weather was chilly was a bonus. We had an amazing holiday and will be back to explore more of this wonderful island, a week wasn’t nearly enough!

Close to the beach and not far from the center. The room was huge!

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. The guest house has a sun terrace and a hot tub. Host was really clear in the instructions and willing to help with anything we needed. The house is really spacious and clearly well taken care of. The hot tub is a nice touch. The shower was perfect. We want to mention how grateful we are for the flexibility of our host, with a special request of ours... It really helped us out when we needed it. Would recommend this place to stay at. Kitchen well equipped, coffee machine was nice, fridge was nice and big.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Profetas GuestHouse is a recently renovated guest house situated in Porto Santo, 1.1 km from Porto Santo Beach. The property has city and quiet street views, and is 4.1 km from Quinta das Palmeiras. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very copious. The owners were very kind and available for us.

A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. One of the best places I have stayed. I'm a nature person, so therefore having a rocky interior was amazing. The location is perfect, the view is also awesome. Quiet , suitable for a romantic vacantion . The facilities (the pool, jacuzzi) is just a bonus even if you have kids. Overall 💯
